On the street again!

Join us this Saturday, May 12th, from 9.30 to 2.30 for our street market at Ballymodan Place in conjunction with the Bandon Half Marathon.

We will have all the usual fresh fruit and veg, meat, fish and other treats. As always there will be hot food including pizzas, crepes, gourmet burgers and sausages, as well as tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Charlie, our talented musician, will be leading the entertainment!!!

We would like to wish all participants in the half marathon and 10k the very best of luck. It should be a very exciting day for Bandon.

Join us for our 6th Birthday

On April 7th (Easter Saturday) we will be celebrating our 6th birthday. Oh how time flies! Every year the Market seems to get better and better and we would like to thank our loyal stallholders and customers who have helped so much along the way. We will have live music and free chocolate cake on the day as part of the celebrations. Let’s just hope for sunshine to go with it! We look forward to seeing you there…

Market back to full capacity

After easing back into the new year with just a few stalls, the market is now back in full swing every Saturday from 9.30 to 1.30 in the Post Office car park. We have a wide selection of locally sourced food and plants selling at very competitive prices. It is always a great meeting place for coffee and delicious freshly cooked food. See you there!!

Christmas 2011 Markets

We will be having our Christmas Market on the street at Ballymodan Place on Saturday Dec 17th, from 9.30am – 1.30pm with Santa arriving at 11.30. As well as all the usual wonderful food stalls we will also have some special craft stalls so you can get some extra special presents.

Our last two markets before Christmas will be held on Friday Dec 23rd and Saturday Dec 24th in the usual place in the Post Office car park. Both will start at 9.30am.

With the fantastic Engage Arts Festival now in its fourth year we are glad to announce that the Farmers’ Market this Saturday (Sept 24th) will be on the Street at Ballymodan Place in conjunction with the Festival. Street Market for Bandon Half Marathon

The market will be on South Main Street tomorrow as part of the celebrations around the finish of the Bandon Half Marathon and 10k race. We will have all the usual stalls with lots of hot food and there will be live music throughout the morning. Lets hope the sun shines!!
